Welcome to the community. Please fill out your profile and we can help you further. Its a good product if the numbers are good. IE: grams of protien per serving, carbs, and fat. Also depends on how many grams a serving weighs, as to how much protien in it.

Serving Size: 2 Scoops Servings per Container: 14
Amount per Serving:

Looks like a good product, I see nothing wrong with that now.

Well it depends on sherose's goals. Seems to be alot of calories in there from fat and sugar. How much does one scoop weigh? That will tell how much filler is in it after doing the math If its 32 grms its not too good. Do you know that info?

Well, it's 2 scoops. sherose can cut it down to 1 scoop if fat and sugar is a problem.
