Ok guys i wanted tom know whats the best creatine u can get out there...i mean the very best..brand name and all and give the reason why...........Also whats the protein powder out there give brand names and why!!!!!! oh and what flavor!lol

-Pure creatine monohydrate. Because it's pure creatine and nothing else. Swallow a tablespoon of it and chase it with some gatorade or something and your good to go.
-MHP Trac Creatine. Because it's very tasty, sugar free, and it's time released

The one I like the most because I have had the best results with is Creapure brand Creatine. It is manufactured in Germany, and is the cleanest and most analyzed on the market. Two companies I know for sure use it: Universal Nutrition and Prolab.
