A good fat burner is a real clean diet. Don't fal for the hyped up media on fat burners. Keep working hard and remember this, eat clean cardio and train!

FAT BURNERS ARE A WASTE OF MONEY....PEOPLE GET STROKES FROM TAKING EPHEDRA BASED PRODUCTS...LOOK AT ALL OF THOSE FOOTBALL PLAYERS WHO COLLAPSE DURING PRACTICE...EACH ONE OF THEM HAD TRACES OF EPHEDRA IN THEIR SYSTEM...AND ALL OF THESE EPHEDRA-FREE PRODUCTS ARE JUST RECYCLED VERSIONS OF THE THE EPHEDRA BASED PRODUCTS....THEY NARROW YOUR ARTERIES WHILE YOU ARE WORKING OUT....I AM NOT AN EXPERT, BUT WHY TAKE THE RISK? CLEAN DIET, EXCERCISE, TRAINING AND A GOOD MULTI-VITAMIN WILL GET IT DONE.....JUST STAY MOTIVATED AND STAY AWAY FROM FAT BURNERS...
