Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Hello, I hate to bring a novice-vibe to the forum but I've been researching weight gainers, whey proteins, and creatine and other supplements. At any rate my status is at 130lbs, and I'm about 6'1" so I'm a tall slinky fella, I'm younger, and I just got done with a decent wrestling season, we are going to start what sounds like an extremely hardcore conditioning program until we get around to next season. I'm tryin to bulk up to maybe 140-152 or something where my weight and height allow me to have a good amount of muscle. I was thinking of buying the whey protein and taking that after practice until around summer, where I could then start with creatine. At any rate any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have done quite a bit of eating, I wrestled 125, 4 days afterwards I was 135, then I started training now I'm a bit over 130, time will tell if my body is ready to start puttin mass on, I'm just tired of the completely lanky figure. I might use a weight gainer, not sure, they seem kind of weird and possibly expensive if you eat them by the recommened servings of like 400grams, or whatever it is.

Try EAS's myoplex and creatine monyhydrate, start taking them now, if you want to gain weight. I was 115 lbs before at 5'9', now that is what i call skinny, i took them backup with a proper training, then i exploded to 145 lbs now!
