Just wondering what you lot thought of the Terrestris Tribulus (Bulgarian Herbs)?

I used it only one time with ZMA when I cycled off of andro (Animal Stak). Seemed to work just fine. I wouldn't recommend any testosterone boosters to anyone under 18, though. Teens just don't need it.

I have never used it, may be just what I think of it. May have its place in a stack, but by itself.....

I was using terrestris tribulus in conjunction with creatine and i haven't used any other boosters (don't plan too for a while yet either!

If you use tribulus how much would you reccomend per day compared to body mass, the 'experts' who make the pack would say 750 mg a day for 60+ kilos and then 1000mg for 90+kilos. On many websites i have seen a minimum 1500mg per day though (up to 3000mg), what would you guys reccommend?

ok first of all you don't need it if you under 18. Second, I do take it and it is recomemded that you take at least 650mg, if in pill form, two times a day. Anything higher than that I would sugest that you talk to your doctor (seriously) I take 3 times a day when don't work out and 4 times a day when I do.

SO DON'T SAY ITS MY FAULT IF ANY THING HAPPENDS BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Also you must understand that this is a stimulate. If you do take it make sure your going to be busy because you will have alot of trouble going to sleep at night. Also it is a great energy booster. If you have any other questions I would sugest you go to a search engine and look it up and look up the effects of it before you make a decsion like this. It may save you life. ( no joke )
