I am now taking tri-oflex with msn for my joints,, which I have problems with and have had problems with pretty much all my life,, and I know working out sometimes flare this prob up,, I do feel like that now that i am advancing on my fitness that I am not haveing as much of a prob with my joints.. does takeing a glutamine supplement help with ur joints, and should I take this supplement in its on form or am I getting enough of it in my protien shakes and wieght gainner shakes??? or have I heard wrong and glutamine does not help with ur joints???

I take glucosamine for my joints. I'm not sure it does much good, but I know people who swear by it. I'm not sure what glutamine does, but I don't think they're the same.

what is the best time to take glutamine i heard befor bed time does it matter

There really isn't a definite answer to the "best time to take glutamine." Majority of the people here from experience and knowledge of their own body would consume glutamine after a workout session. It may consist of that along with a protein shake. As long as you take it daily at whatever time is fine.
