I WAS JUST WONDERING HOW ANY OF YOU GET RID OF CRAVINGS? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY STRATEGIES...I WORK OUT LATER AT NIGHT CAUSE THAT IS WHEN I HAVE THE TIME, AND I JUST GET SUPER HUNGRY AFTER WORK OUT? WHAT CAN I DO TO AVOID SNACKING LATE AT NIGHT AFTER MY WORKOUT....THEN THESE SO-CALLED SNACKS END UP TURNING INTO MEALS...? I AM EATING SIX SMALL MEALS A DAY...TO TRY AND KEEP MY METABOLISM GOING, BUT THAT ONE LATE NIGHT CRAVING IS KILLING ME...CAN ANYONE OFFER ANY ADVICE? THANKS

I don't know your body type but I sure do know mine and the way your eating, that one late night craving meal would be gone for me. I don't understand why it's killing you. Someone gonna spank you if you eat that last meal? Tell us more... and fill in that profile of yours!

I agree.. or eat a little cottage cheese and a chicken breast or a can of tuna.. no mayo though. it's hard, but the habit will and can change over time.
