Sorry if this has already been posted, I did search but could not come up with any direct answers. I want to start taking a supplement that will help me gain mass and muscle but not lose weight. There are so many out there that I have no idea what to take. I am 5 foot 8, 160 pounds, and 19 years old. Thanks.

A solid diet high in protein and good complex carbs with some healthy fats are the best you can do. This means a protein supplement of high quality to reach your required amount. If you are training heavy and hard, this will be a minimum of 1 gr. per lb. of bodyweight, prefferably 1.5 gr's for optimal results. With this type of diet, you will not lose weight, you will gain muscle weight, maybe even lose some fat. Muscle weighs more than fat, so best of both worlds.
