Curious but when I cycle off creatine in a few weeks would it do my body any harm to take Xenadrine EFX for a month or so to aid in burning my body fat?

I was told it is bad to take creatine and Xenadrine EFX at the same time...? Because they can make my hartrate really go up the two of them? Xenadrine EFX is enphedrine free. Also is it still good to keep taking my Whey protein if I choose to drop the creatine for a bit and take Xenadrine EFX to burn some fat away?

Well, to my knowledge, there is no harm in it. In fact, I have been doing exactly that for about 3 weeks now(creatine and Xenadrine EFX). I just dropped creatine as of 4 weeks out. And for sure, keep your protein going. Protein will not hinder your fat burning in any way, in fact you will need it more to maintain your lean tissue. I would opt for a multi species protein, other than immediately post training, whey can actually hinder your fat burning.

thanks bb1fit that is what I needed to know. Figure taking it for 3mo then going off I should see considerable improvments, especially with my workout sched. Fat burners are great, but more more effective if your working out etc then working out on the couch in front of the tV.
