Use it or lose it? I have heard nothing but good stuff about it, but then my exposure is very limited. I am looking for more input. I want to try it for several reasons-1) to help with fat lose and 2) to help with type 2 control (diabetes). I have been told that 1 pill once a day taken with breakfast is the way to go. I have also been told that it possesses some side effects. Any help is appreciated.
