I just bought a 7 lb tub of Cell Tech (cost me about 55 bucks) and after reading through some of the posts about creatine...I think I might be better off getting a cheaper one if it gives the same results. A guy over at the shop I was at was telling me that Cell Tech was better than other creatine products because it keeps you from gaining too much body fat...and if you look on the side of the tub, it has the little graphs with Cell Tech vs Regular Creatine. Is this true at all? I haven't opened it yet, so if I find a better product online or somewhere else...I'm going to return it.

Also, as far as the loading phase and maintenance phase for the creatine. Cell tech says for the
loading phase: "Take two servings (10g of creatine in each serving) daily, one in the morning and the other twelve hrs later or immediately after your workout."
Maintenance phase: "Take one serving (10g creatine)immediately after your workout, or take one serving upon awakening on non-workout days..."

I'm 18 yrs old, turning 19 in a couple months...Should I be taking that much creatine? I've never used creatine before, so I'm not too sure of all the mechanics behind it. Also, Cell Tech doesnt have any protein in it, so should I have my protein shake along with the creatine shake?

Thanks alot, any suggestions for different creatine products that are cheaper and have the same results as cell tech or better would be much appreciated. When I went through the posts, alot of you all were saying something about Promax
