Hi! Currently I have been taking 2 GNC MEGA MRP's a day for a week (they have 2.5g of creatine per serving) and I just purchased Creatine Monohydrate to incorporate as well (5g per serving)... my question is should I go through the "loading phase" with the Creatine Monohydrate as it states on the packaging? Also, is it ok to mix it in with my MRP's when I take them? Thanks for the help!
