The basis for it, Arginine AKG, has been around for awhile, and it had originally been shown to be a decent anti-catabolic compound bacvk then. But it had remained pretty pricey. NO2 has also been called a "vasodilator," which, in theory, is supposed to increase the "pump" after a workout, but more importantly, allow more blood to saturate the muscle tissue with nutrients. On this point, I remain quite skeptical, espcially at its MSRP of $80! However, I just found out this morning that there is supposed to be another product coming out by a different company very soon that takes the anti-catabolic features of the Arginine type found in NO2 and improve them by adding some other compounds.... Hmmmmmm. I will let the board know what I find as soon as I get the 411 on it. Until then, the best advice is still eat like a moose and train like a lunatic!
