i got 2 question about Glutamine that i'm still not sure about...
1) how much Glutamine should one comsume (like my-self) who's just starting to take it...
2)When is a good time to take Glutamine...before or after ur workout...

I would suggest at least 5g per serving, and you can take it before and after your workout.
