After spending a couple of hours reading all of the helpful posts on here I think I have my supplement package together. I need any and all readers to post your replies in order for me to have final closure on this. I am a newbie when it comes to taking supplements. So what I am about to post has been taken from a number of different responses. What I plan on taking is as follows:
If I have it all correct from reading the many many posts my consumption will be: -10-15grams of Creatine per day for my loading phase. Then 5 grams a day thereafter for 6-8 wks. with a 3 week down time. -80 grams of 100% Whey per day -15 grams of Glutamine per day
IS THIS CORRECT? I welcome any and all posts to help me out. Remember I am new and welcoome your advice!!!
