Right now I am using cell tech, and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to switch to kretine, stay on cell tech, or use both. Is the kretine powder a good one or not?

I assume you are speaking of creatine. Much of your answer would depend on how long you have been working out. I would opt for just a good quality protein supplement, this is job 1 is to supply your body quality protein at regular intervals. Creatine can wait till you reach your body's normal potential, or close to it. If you use it too soon, you will not realize its gains due to the normal gains you will already be making. Supplement with creatine to keep your gains coming....good luck.

I will be starting the ftTraining program on Monday. What supplements do I need and what about meal replacement bars, etc.

You don't need them unless you're not eating well. All you need a solid multivitamin. When you start your ft program, just train your ass off.
