protein plan?

I currently have a protein shake (EAS WPI) first thing in the morning before going to the gym. And then I have one after the workout, and usually follow it up with "brunch" which consists of chicken and veggies. Is this a good plan, or am I taking in too much protein in too short a time period? Thanks for any suggestions.

No, this sound like a great plan. Pre and post workout are great times to take in protein. I wouldn't change a thing.
