I am 13 nearly 14 and I am thinking when I reach my maximum strenth potential or when I come to a plateau that I will start taking nitrotech or either creatine-monohydrate,nitrotech is my first choice.would it be safe for me?

Why? Your body is still naturally growing. Don't use any supplements at your age. Just stick with a good diet and things will pan out.

Like roni said, stick with a good diet based around whole food. Trust me, at your age, you won't be reaching your maximum strength potential any time soon. It's good to see that you are taking up an interest in weight training at your age, good luck and have fun with it.

I am glad you are taking interest in your health. NOTHING is more important than to start living healthy at a young age but remeber you can also mess yourself up when you taking things you dont need. At your age focus on eating a alot but eating the right foods alot. If you start young who knows how big you will be by the time you are 17 or 18. Keep working and good luck.

i agree with all these guys, you're just not at the right age to begin taking those kind of supplements, maybe u should just take a mulit vitamin that your parent could buy for you and just a healthy balanced meal, I started taking supplements just a month before my 16th birthday, buy my dad approved it and it was only weight gainer not creatine, i would wait till i was older if i was you and you'll get big and strong without supplements tons of people do, so just dont worry about not being big enough or strong enough.

if you try nitrotech its actually ok, its mostly protein but at your age, your body is still developing so a good training and good meals is enough, make sure you eat well, keep away of junk food. but hey supplements are good.
