Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I know that Kynoselene is a vet drug out of France, reportedly used for anti-catabolic purposes. Supposedly, Kyno-H is a legal "human" form of it, containing the same active drug, adenosine monophospate (AMP), plus some other vitamins and minerals.

The biggest problem I have with it is that no one knows how this product works, assuming it does work for the sake of argument. In fact, some of the research that I have seen on it admits that they don't know if it's the AMP or the other ingredients that make it anti-catabolic. Just something to think about until alot more research is done on it...

Thanks, Michael. The things I've heard about this product (the France vet drug) is that it is not illegal in the U.S. It is also being touted as the new "legal steroid."

I'm not sure how long this product has been around and frankly, most "informed" people want to hear more about positive results before trying anything (I hope). The only unfortunate thing is that there have been no studies done...and if there has been, they have not been published.

You're right, Robert. Too many times, what most supplement companies do is follow the "association of cause and effect" method, which is, basically, that if something occurs while I just happen to be taking Product X, then that product must have caused it. They don't bother taking those necessary further scientific steps or research (i.e., money), such as looking into methodology, outlying variables, etc, etc. This is one of the biggest differences between pharmeceutical companies and supplement companies. A great example is Aspirin. No one can tell you why it reduces pain, lowers fevers, etc., but, after alot of research, time, and money, it is known for a fact that that particular chemical compound really does what we think it's supposed to do...
