Well, that depends on what your goal is. If it's to gain mass, then you don't need Hydroxycut. If it's to lose weight, then you need to incorporate cardio into your regimen. The protein shakes should help you meet your protein requirements, but the type of protein that is in your shake will determine whether or not it helps to take it 3x a day.

rpacheco, thanks for responding. I am currently wanting to loose about 15 pounds and build up. I am taking soy protein, it that the kind i should be taking? I have been runing about 45min three to four times a week. Should I increase that?
