Hi guys,
I'm 30yrs & have started with weiht training.I am 5.9' tall & weigh 65kgs. I a m interested in gaining mass & bulk.
I've started with some soy protien supplements with milk.
That way I consume 300ml of milk(with powder) 3 times a day.
Morning, pre workout & post workout.
So, is it okay to consome 1 litre of milk without any side effects?

pls advice,

thx a lot!
So is it okay

You'll be fine, just watch out for fat intake if it's not low-fat or skim milk. I probably drink the same amount of skim milk each day, and I'm sure there are people on this board that drink a lot more. Any excess nutrients you may get will be safely eliminated by your body.
