I believe that all this is safe to stack but I just wanted some input. I am taking EAS Phosphagen HP, SciFit Econo Whey, EAS BetaLean HP, and I don't know which Glutamine. I know I need to drink tons of water with the creatine and ephedrine. For my water input on this site it says I need 130 oz a day...how much should I drink since I am taking Creatine and Ephedrine.
