Ive been looking for a bodybuilding board for awhile now, now I found one, and now to ask this rather embarasing question. Ok, for me this is just NOT acceptable, the problem is my bicepts are bigger than my calves, and that is just strange, can someone either give me a leg busting workout, or tell me if I should see a doctor, please help!

Welcome to ft! Could be that you have reached your genetic mass. How long have you been working your calves and what exercises have you tried?

Drax- In addition to Rob's questions, are you loooking for a workout or just to have someone give you a couple of exercises? I too have this problem. I have 'chicken' legs, always have. However, since using the mass program and specifically targetting my calves in the program, I have noticed big gains in the size of my calves.
