for the last 4 weeks of my program i couldn't add any more weight to my bench press. it stood the same ,, and its still hard. i got few days left and IM done my 8week mass progarm,im taking a week off. when i return id like to few lbs to my bench press. any tips. should i continue with my 8 week mass. or is there a better way .its gettign too easy . i want to gain mass and strength .
