And I say that loosely! Last night at the gym, I was about to start my set on the Hammer Strength Triceps Push Downs (i.e., dips), when one of the trainers I know jumped on the weights and challenged me to lift it. He told me that if I could, he'd buy me lunch. I started laughing, but people were now starting to look, so I said I'd give it a shot. Now, I already had 4 plates on there, so I was hoping for maybe one rep. After getting psyched, I proceded to press him and the plates SIX times!!!! After I stop, I was stoked, and laughing because it was actually fun doing a strength demo! He was flabergasted, and I told him he owed me lunch for each rep. He said he didn't think I would be able to do it since he weighs 220, plus the plates equals 400 pounds! And that was after I did 330 pound incline bench press for 2 reps! Just thought you'd guys shoiuld know that it is still possible to have some fun in the gym...LOL!
