I am 5'8" 170lbs for everyone that wants to know how developed I am physically.and when I was 11 and lifted weights for something like 5 months and used extremely heavy weight on all my exercises but I didn't do any squats and I am taller than most kids my age the weights didnt effect my height then but now I am performing more difficult exercises.if anyone knows a website that has scientific evidence on stunned growth in children who is involved in strenth training write me back
p.s. I work on all my exercises with lightweight until I perfect the movement of the exercise.
