OK this is kind of an odd question, but here goes: My boyfriend is high on stamina when it comes to sex and I always seem to get tired before he does. Is there anything I can do to not tire out????

Train, train, train..... just a little fun. On a serious note, They do sell pills that are suppose to help, you can get them at GNC and most drug stores. Also if it is serious, you can see a doctor about it.

Try a good multi vitamine and some extra C vitamines...... Maybe this can help.

Maybe a good complex carbohydrate one to two hours prior...well that would hurt the spontanity wouldn't it?? Honey I have too eat a potato first....Just Joking...Seriously increase the intensity of your cardio for short sessions, like 10-15 min all out running or the like. And weight training too but don't exhaust yourself of all your energy keep some reserve! Also the time of day might be an issue. I know I have more energy at 10 pm than at Midnite!!

I think you may have a point on the time of day thing. I'm sleepy by 9 and he's used to staying up nights (for work).

I know what you mean, my husband can stay up until 1:30 am and I crash about 11:30. So we eventually talked about the it and came to the conclusion we should "getogether" in the afternoon and earlier in the evening. You can take the initiative and invite him to join you at a non traditional time, like before dinner or the like. I bet it makes a difference. Good Luck!

Get on that elliptical and train (high intensity). As you build up your ability there, you will build up your "staying power" in the bedroom.

I'm not sure, but I hear Horny Goat Weed is good for female sexual stamina. Also, try having your BF run a few laps around your house before you started.

I actually had to go back out and look at the Forum I was in to make sure it wasn't womens!! I can actually say with all honesty I used to be like your bf Lumina. I thought it was all important to last a minimum of two hours. I learned but some people have their preferences set..

It's quality..not quantity.

LOL, okey two hours IS a little long....... So that means how many hours weekly?!!!!! Geeesssh!

Well, of course it can be nice to stay in bed (or wherever!!) for so long but sometimes it can also be quite exciting when it only takes two minutes...... (hurry up!!!! lol)

Well now, that is a good question...I can't remember...we broke up a couple months after that, but we've recently gotten back together, but not in such a way that would facilitate me answering that question if you know what I mean.

try increaseing your iron intake 5 to 10 mg per day. I know several women that find this works for them. And I dont think its an odd question at all.
