It is essentially combining meditation and sex. Don't scoff at this, do a search on the 'net and look at some info sites on Tantra. It can be a very intense experience for many people.

junglrulz Posts: 42 Joined: 2002/07/05	2002/07/06, 08:24 PM My wife started us in Tantra. She then prodded me into Kundalini Yoga. I thought that I put out sweat in the gym, good God was I ever in the dark. They go hand in hand IMO and have changed my attitude towards working out. I was losing considerable flexibility, both in and out of bed due to mass gain. I have greater flexibility now, it keeps me safer working out and my lady happier at night.
