Ok I'm not sure about this but a couple of guys that I met at the Gym told me that it's not good to take a hot shower directly after your workout because the hot water relaxes your muscles?? and that I wouldn't see much gains (I already Have) Is this true? or would it be a good idea to shower 30min after your workout? I don't think I could stand myself for 30min after working out LOL!

Don't worry, you can shower after the work out.
It's not the shower who can be a problem, it's the heat BUT it's a big joke saying that you'll loose your gains.
I'll try to explain shortly; when we lift VERY heavy we injure our muscle fibres and they can start to bleed (inflammation). Now heating up the muscle will just make it bleed even more (no good since the muscle is trying to recover and rebuild. Ice will help in that case.....).
Now after a long work out (with no extremely heavy charges) taking a warm shower (or going into the sauna) can actually help your muscles get rid of the toxins (made from the transformation of the glucose (in the cells and blood) to ATP) and make your body recuperate a lot faster.
Okey? (o;
