Thanks Gwin & thanks RW - I finally had a photo taken that looks more "gym-like" ....I call it "Before" LOL...Actually, I am finally at the weight I wish to keep ! YAY! That was hard work! Now I have to work on that little "baby belly" that just doesn't seem to want to go away. That one is gonna be harder methinks...

LOL Anyhoo, thanks for the encouragement - it sure is nice to fit into clothes I haven't worn in a few years...But, they are ridiculously out of style and I will just have to buy more $$$!! hehe ....Some of us aren't too thrilled with teenage spandex lol Hi Mutt! I am trying the Romanian deadlifts as mentioned, but I am still working on the proper weight to use. I bumped my reps up by 10 lbs each set and still found it a little too easy when I went to the gym on Monday. I imagine I will figure it out tonight - I'll start where I left off and go from there. What really helped me loose weight was the fact I gave up chips *drool* (I replaced it with a really yummy rice cracker) and I also ensure I really stick to that "hockey puck" serving size when it comes to carbs. I think it helps being a little stubborn too LOL

ANd for my finding shorts that fit around my waist and thighs is a challenge.
