Hey again everybody, I seriously need your help. I have a problem. I have had two bladder infections in the past three months. I am currently going through my second one right now. I don't know what causes them and the doctors always tell me that they dont know. So I have no idea what I should or shouldn't do to prevent another one. If you know anything please let me know! Thank you!

My mom uses cranberry for this particular problem, she drinks cranberry juice as well as uses cranberry supplements. You can find this at any health food store and is rather inexpensive. It has really helped her a lot and she has had no more. Also, try drinking some baking soda for the pain, this will reduce the acidity. Hope that helps.

Cut out the sodas and sugars and really limit anything with caffiene. If you don't like cranberry juice, just make sure you get your water in. I drink no less than 64oz of water a day.

Yes, I heard cranberry juice helps to flush all the nasty toxins out of your body. I had a roommate that got bladder infections and she used cranberry juice to help sustain it.

They do a good job of explaining what causes UTIs and how to prevent and treat them.
