No, you can never get it back, so why worry about it! Each workout is an entity in itself, like each meal. For instance, if you skip a meal, you don't eat 2 meals the next time, or if you go off the diet and eat a cheat meal, you don't skip 2 meals to make it up. Just pick right back up and get back with the program. Just try not to make it a habit! Then in can ruin lots of hard work.
