Hey guys...I am 19 and understand the importance of cardio. I was wondering what types you guys do because I am looking for something a little more interesting than running! something fun perhaps?
I love playing squash....... Gives me such a rush. Swimming gives me a great feeling og sliiiiding through the water. Rollerblading is genius if you want to get a great leg work out but avoid impacts. Fencing is just fun fun fun (even thou it gives you blue marks!!) Volley ball stretches your body and makes you leaner. Football I only like when I'm the goal keeper. Fast walking in the forest makes me and my dog extremely happy and light hearted because I always find solutions to all my problems in my head while walking.
Now in the gym, the stairmaster makes me dream of stone hard buttocks, the rowing machine is the most complete body work out you can get and the elliptical makes me feel like skiing somewhere on the French alpes....
Hmmmm lol well I guess that's it!! Just make the cardio fun and you'll never get enough of it.
