Juice = steroidsProbably bruce lee.. and probably the people here that manage to start working out and KEEP working out.. rather then quitting in a few weeks and thinking a few months later "you know I should get into shape" |

I would guess stallone.. though i'm not sure if he used them or not.. but a gap of only 12 hours for recovery time is pretty crazy... |

Oh by the way Stallone, Shwarzanegger, and Vin Deisel...Vin seems like hes the Arnold Shwarzanegger of the future. |

I think Claude Van Damme's got it going for being cut and flexibility. Since I'm not interested in competition, I would want to look like Van Damme as opposed to Arnold. He's got an all around good physique. Can't speak English for shit but, who cares. We won't even mention his acting ability. lolDP |

Well, I have always been a Franco Columbu fan. Arnold used to love to work out with him because he was so much stonger and would really push Arnold. |

Arnold, Dave Draper and Lee Priest are my favorites. Franco had the cool seperation in his pecs between upper and lower. |

Arnold for his huge arms.Franco for his gigantic wings(lats). Tom Platz for his tremendous quads. Bertil Fox for his overall just humungous size. Lee Priest because he's a little guy like I am. I think that wraps up my list. No way Vin Diesel is bigger than Arnold. |

When it comes to bodybuilding Arnold is the king, I am sorry but this is a fact. He took the competition to a new level, which no one has passed. He managed to get real big but not look like a complete steroid freak. He then broke into the movie scene and has probably made more money than some countries. I had heard he is a bit of a jerk in real life (though I have never personally met him) but still he is the best bodybuilder the world has ever seen. Other than that I would give credit to Bruce Lee, and Stallone in movies and Franco Columbu and Dave Draper in the bodybuilding world. Bruce for been so shredded, and Stallone for CV fitness and still looking big. Columbu for just been huge and not looking screwed with it, and Draper for been getting big and still giving advice to little people (www.davedraper.com). I am sorry but Vin Diese and Mark Walberg have good builds, ones that are achievable goals to get. But an idol should have an admired but never actually achievable physique, what do you do once you equal or better you idol? |

Hey guys.... I'm new here as you probably can tell. Anyways If I had to choose who I idolize .. I would have to say it is Wesley Snipes. Just because he has a nice balance in muscle structure. I like Stallone and Schwartzenagger .. but they both have over structured muscles in some areas. If I were to want to look like any of then I would rather have a muscle structure like Wesley Snipes .. not sure if its spelt right.Mark -------------- He Who controls the past, commands the future. Sorry, I'm not much for lionizing celebrities and I could never get myself to idolize one for their physique. Sure there is a lot of hard work that goes into it, but when you've got great genetics, access to the world's greatest coaches and no job or school to deal with, training is easy . . .-------------- "Don't follow leaders and watch your parking meters!" -- Bob Dylan |

hello?!!DOLPH LUNDGREN! He not only has an incredible body, but also has 4 black belts and a masters degree in chemical engineering. And he's Swedish. What more can I say! However, being a chick, the woman who I idolise is Linda Hamilton when she was in terminator 2. I found a quote by her trainer that said "if you want the Linda Hamilton/terminator 2 lok, you'll need to devote 2 hours a day, 6 days a week working out" I was very happy when I read that, because that is what I do anyway. I also love "Vasquez" in Aliens. I've actually managed to get a part in an independent film as "Sgt. Helen Ramsey", a shit kicking female soldier! LMAO @ Sempai, where the hell did John Wayne get into this for a body physique? (sorry ravenwolf) and Clint Eastwood....LMAO. We are not talking all time favorite western actors but idolizing in physique. It is a very hard choice to make but I would have to go with the majority of you when it comes to physique, ARNOLD RULES! no questions asked! As far as a woman goes, Philia Rules! -------------- Bettia.... Bruce Lee - Martial arts king. I wouldnt say its the type of body Im looking for, a bit too skinny but he sure is an inspiration to alot of ppl out there. He empowered alot of the skinny guys out there and though his muscles aint too big, they certainly were very impressive and looked damm solid.
