I was wondering if anyone has any advice on the types of exercises to do in order to expand one's chest. I looking to get a chest of between 30 to 40 inches.
I agree. I'd do straigh arm pull overs at the end of a chest workout or back workout. It's great at expanding the rib cage and working out the intercostals.
I wish I would have done them when I was still growing... My brother did and he's got a wicked upper body.
