I need desperate help! I'm a 16 year old girl, 5'6", 128lbs... and I love to work out, but I just can't seem to get my ass to the gym! I'm very busy and rarely have time to go so I try to go in the AM around 6! I get lots of sleep I just can't seem to get my ass out of bed and do it. I've gained a lot of weight in the last couple months and it's noticeable. I try to eat right but it's really hard because I am never home to eat healthy because of my busy schedule! Can someone give me some suggestions to motivate me??

what really helped me to stop procrastining was to make a daily schedule for myself by hours. Then I could see how much time I actually had to workout. After seeing that there more then enough time to work out I had one less excuse to use. Then I just made myself feel bad enough about my appearance that I went to the gym. I don't think this will help you out much, but it was my best shot.

What helped me was to go early so I wouldn't be burned out from the day.. but what helped me get out of bed early was to just get out of bed... roll out.. get up.. whatever... I was pretty sure I wouldn't fall back asleep on the floor... that and putting my alarm clock across the room helped too... try to plan way ahead of what your going to eat.. sometimes if I were going to diet I would plan things out on the weekend for the week ahead... and I never made anything too solid... something like "eat grilled chicken for lunch.. or chicken salad.. or etc" in case I couldn't get my hands on one thing or the other... if you do that and just avoid junk food you should be set.. hope some of that helps..

The alarm clock idea is a good one. Since you have to get up to turn it off anyway, you might as well stay up. My brother uses two alram clocks, one by the bed, the other across the room.

Find a friend that will get you moving. That is the best way to get anything done.
