If you go on your personalized exercise program and then click on change program it shows you a list of different target areas programs you can pick from and abs is on there. It really shouldnt be hard to find it ad its only like 2 days a week. I was surprised...I thought it would be a lot more often.

well i don't think that 2 days a week will help too much. i think only 1 day a week will do fine. just you have to keep at it is the trick. just do 2 sets of leg raises with as many reps as possible(if you really want you can add weights). and weighted waist twists do the job for the obliques. do same sets and reps as leg raises. i've got a six pack and this program has done a lot for me.

I found this complicated as well! I won't even say how long it took me to get into it! I must have tried to add it like 5 times thinking that it didn't work!
