Try to make it muscle weight, don't just "bulk" up for the sake of seeing the scale go up. If you do, most of it will have to come right back off anyway when you want that coveted 6 pack, as it will be mostly fat. Try to gain lean tissue, eat smart, plenty of protein, include good complex carbs such as brown rice, beans, sweet potatos, etc.,and work out intensely. Stay off the scale and go by the way you look.
