I take it once before my workout, and once after my workout. Or sometimes just after my workout. The suggested loading is probably not necessary, as new studies revealed that it's a waste of time and creatine. To take it, you take a tea-spoon of creatine, put it in your mouth, then drink down some warm water or grape juice... Don't take it with anything citrus (like lemonade or orange juice) as the citric acid kills the effects of creatine.
