I'v read up on them and am aware of how they work, but I would like someones opinion that has actually used them to supplement. They are supposed to be very effective for lean muscle mass gains. Speak up.
I took amino 3000 before and amino like 1100 or something smaller. for me it wasnt like something u can see results on but there good for u so i just took them u should take the smaller ones like a 1000 or something cause the 3000 were to big to swallow even when i cut them into 2 pieces it sucked having to alwasy cut them before i could take so i would get tired of using them take a smaller one thats easier to swallow
Well i use them, i'm growing and getting bigger, stronger and morre endurance. Is it because of the aminos? I don't know, but any help you can get to reach your goal i would use. Protein powder, creatine vitamins anything.
