I've never been quite sure about this and I figured what better place to ask then here. If this question has been asked before I apologize. For those of you who know aobut or take Creatine...I've always wondered about this. On your resting days should you still consume some kind of dosage? I've never been sure and i thank you for taking the time to let me know what you think. ALKATRAZ

I would take it. Be sure to cycle your supplements.

On my off days i just take one dose in the morning and one just before i go to bed.

yes 5 to 6 grams daily.And the so called "loading phase" is not needed. Research shows the same level after 1 month regardless of loading or not.
