should i be pyramid building when I use this program of 20reps,8reps,6reps,4reps. If so then how much should the increase be

Eh..

seems that the 20 reps are a warmup. Then the 8-6-4 reps are pyramids. Looks like the mass program to me.. it works for me. Umm.. You should always go to the point where the weight is just enough so you can get 8th rep as the final rep. If you can do 10.. then go heavier, and so on with the rest. You'll have to test out what you can handle. If you have a spot.. you should fail at like the 6th rep and then have the person help you for the last two to get 8. There is the big advantage of being able to use more weight.

make failure at that number so what ever weight u can do that many times increase it

I usually do 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1 on bench, legs, deadlifts and militarys. On all others i do 10, 8, 6, 4.
As far as the weight, what ever your strength is up it to the reps.

Yes, if your gunning for strength & mass. You may only need to add a couple of pounds, but any weight increase will aid to gaining mass and strength. Make sure to your muscles are at complete failure on your final rep of every set, with exception to your first 20 rep set.
