Has anyone finished and what kind of gains? Body and lifting weight gains?

I'm 5 weeks into it. I love the program. It seems to be working for me, just follow it to a tee and try to increse weights in the gym, follow the nutrition and get plenty of rest.

I'm glad it has worked out for you so far. I really wanted to know what xaiver said, if you have seen and results yet? If you have, did you actually go up in weight, both lifting and physically?

I'm just about done with an eight week program and I can really see a big difference.

I'm only in my third week.The training is good but what is really killing me is the damn food!It seems I'm eating non stop.Cook 2 times a week freez it all in daily meal packs.
