I know people take asprin daily to thin there blood out, for the purpose of preventing heart attack and stroke. So my question is, would it help to increase the blood flow into your muscles?

I don't know for sure, but it would seem like it. Just be careful cause in some people asprin causes upset stomachs and can cause ulcers.

Aspirin works as an anticoagulant, so it decreases the chance of a blood clot forming thereby reducing the chance of heart attack or stroke in people who are at risk.

Do any of you folks know why asprin is in the ECA stacks?

Doesn't Aspirin add in the stack's effectiveness by decreasing the body's natural resistance to the ephridine and caffine?
