Kibs12, did you have FT create your workout routine? If not you should.

Take billks' advice and get a program from FT and follow it. If your working 5 or 6 days without a rest you will eventually run into over training. Your whole body needs time off not just individual muscles. You might even grow more if you take your time off.

Look man. What you've been doing is most probably overtraining. You should only workout for only four to five days a week. That means a little less than training the same body part twice a week. I've used this program for about a year now and I think it is great. Off course sometimes you may feel too active during the rest days (it usually happens to me every 3 or 4 weeks). You should either go for cardiovascular training or may be just rest for this day so that on the next day you are more than just fresh. And about the routine you wanted, You shouldn't get a specific one for the rest of your life. When the muscles get used to the routine they just lift the weights and don't grow. I always mess up my routine, changing my reps, sets, order of exercises, and the rest days. I personally think it is great. I can now squat 400 pounds after about one year only. In the end, I think you really should experimet with yourself, and find what's best for you...good luck.

Every day is too much. Rest days are just as important as work out days. If you are a beginner I would not recommend more than 4 days a week of wieght training. More than that is most likely counter-productive. Just make sure that when you do lift - use good form and work to failure and then you will see that less is more.
