Hi, just wondering if its good to go jogging early morning after you get up (slow paced? , 15-20 minutes?) , then do my regular workout after supper. I basically wanna lose this small belly I got.

I think it's a good idea - burn some calories and also get some endorphins cookin' to start the day. I always have a good day when I start it with some excersize.

I agree with you SunnyJack. I workout every morning @ 4:30 am and I feel great all day long.
Jogging is cardio activity; your probably saying "hello captain obvious but I know that" well, did you know that doing cardio first thing in the morning before eating can burn calories up to 200 - 300 times faster? It does and since your looking to loose that potbelly you are heading down the right road. 15-20 minutes of jogging is all you need. To make it even more effective try to stay in your target heart rate.

To burn fat, you should do cardio first thing in the morning, before breakfast. So your on the right track.:)
