etting bored with the same routine all the time. Then i found free trainers .com. Made all the differen ce in the world to me. Thanks freetrainers.

Cool! Check it out! Another one of us. Old guys, that is. So have you ever worked out before? I mean for a decent length of time. What kind of shape were you in when you started and are you pleased with your progress so far? I'm 41 but not new to working out and I love it a little more each year.

Avoid workout boredom. If you are bored with your "routine" it's time for a change. Your muscles are probably bored too and you won't maximize your results when that happens. Variety is the spice of body building.
