Need to ask...
Is it ok to train all shoulder muscles on same day? For a total of about 4-5 exercise....
Cause since i tried this new workout on tuesday , I think I injured myself, the inside of my arms/shoulders hurts...Going away slowly...
But before I use to train my front and side on one day and the rear on another day...

it's very hard to find an exercise that works exactly on only one head of the shoulders.. for example, presses behind the neck stresses mostly the front shoulder but also put some stress on the middle and rear... so it's better to workout all the shoulder muscles on the same day..if you feel that you might hurt yourself from too many exercises, then you can concentrate more on the basic execises.

Working the whole muscle group works for me. Keep the movement smooth and don't use more weight than you can handle. Injuries happen when you lose form - this can happen if you're lifting too heavy or not warmed up.
