When can I expect to see some real revealing results? I have been on this program for 4wks now and I know its a little early but just curious for my own motivation.

u can usually notice it when you increase the weights in any exercise, measure your badyfat% and weight every about 3 months, caculate how much gains you made.

Thanks for the info... I have noticed my strength gains but its hard to see a difference when you see your self everyday. Right now I weigh 190lbs with 6.3% body fat. I want to weigh about 215-225lbs I think that is a good weight for my height.

In my experience I usually see results in the 6th or 7th week if I am training consistantly and lifting heavy. Then I really get motivated!

How long have you worked ou period? It usually takes about 8 weeks to notice a change.
