does ab exercises take away pot

i am wondering if stomach can be shaped and become slimmer if there is already a bit of fat or a pot?

do i need to diet first or at all?

off course you have to go on a strict diet, always avoid sweets and cakes...and do your ab work out with more than 25 reps.

You can do all the ab work you want but you won't see the results without burning the fat off. If you don't start counting reps until it hurts you only need to count up to 10.

As you can see the consensus is to exercise and watch what you eat. Watch the after "dark"(night time munchies)carbs. If its white and sweet beware. Most of all is patience in watching for results, this too will come. The best advice I've heard in a while is to cut night carbs and drink plenty of water.

You can have the best six pack in the world, but if you have fat covering it, it doesn't matter it will be hidden.
